Introduction: Cushing’s syndrome (CS) is correlated with prolonged exposure to high levels of glucocorticoid hormones. Although the most common cause is exogenous adrenal tumors incidentally discovered (incidentaloma) may underline CS.Material and method: This is a case presentation of an adult patient.
